Have you ever wondered how Modjoul is able to provide such awesome customer service? Well, it happens through adopting the fundamental principle that each and every one of our customers is important. At Modjoul, there is a lot that goes on behind the Wizard of Oz curtain, and we want to highlight the brilliant and courteous team members who allow us to continue to keep our clients happy and safe.
Today, we want to formally introduce you to Sarah Essich, an Account Manager for Modjoul. She can be heard saying on repeat that she wants the client experience to be as “easy breezy” as possible. And, that is something she genuinely wants to achieve for everyone she has the pleasure of working with.
Sarah has brought a new energy to Modjoul since 2018 and as an account manager, Sarah assists in deploying SmartBelts across the country, training and engaging our customers, and delivering insightful data reviews that thoughtfully improve safety among our customers.
Concerned about the reopening of her favorite restaurants locally amid COVID-19, Sarah has now established our nationwide restaurant and hospitality vertical for Modjoul. Restaurants and hotels are using our screening app all over the United States to bring their employees back to work and give their patrons the confidence to dine out and travel.
Sarah has extensive experience in education, manufacturing, and customer service, along with a passion for traveling the world and sharing stories around the dinner table.
When we reached out to Susan Shemanski, Vice President Corporate Risk Management at The Adecco Group about Sarah, she said "Sarah has been wonderful to work with. I consider her and Modjoul a true partner. Sarah has great knowledge of her product, but more than anything she shows that she cares about how she can help us improve our results. She is always willing to gracefully attack a challenge and shows great enthusiasm in all aspects of her job. Sarah is knowledgeable, remarkable and genuine.”
Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Winthrop University. Speaking on behalf of Modjoul, we are lucky to have her!
