Modjoul Return Policy

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Modjoul may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Modjoul may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Modjoul’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we have received your order. Modjoul reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Modjoul cancels an order after you have already been billed, Modjoul will refund the billed amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Please review our FAQ to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Modjoul. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Modjoul’s control, once it leaves our facilities, Modjoul cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. Products purchased online from Modjoul will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S.

Product Availability and Limitations

Due to supply constraints, Modjoul may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Modjoul reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Modjoul confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product(s). In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Modjoul will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Standard Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your Modjoul purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive the product. For any undamaged product, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt. We’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. There are a few things to keep in mind when returning your Modjoul SmartBelt:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Modjoul, either online or through a Modjoul intermediary, can be returned to Modjoul. Modjoul products purchased through other intermediaries must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with charger, adapter, Wifi push pin and documentation that were included when you received it.

Modjoul SmartBelt Returns

Modjoul SmartBelt(s) may only be returned or exchanged if it’s in its original, undamaged, and unmarked condition. Depending on your original form of tender, a check, wire transfer, or refund to your debit/credit card will be issued within 1-3 business days provided the returned item is in its original condition. Once we receive your Modjoul SmartBelt, a refund is initiated immediately. To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the SmartBelt. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service at 864-722-9760.
  • You must return the SmartBelt to Modjoul to receive a refund. Returned SmartBelt(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

Modjoul SmartBelt Exchanges

If your Modjoul SmartBelt does not fit, you can request an exchange for a larger or smaller size. Item exchanges are subject to product availability. Items ordered online from Modjoul that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned by contacting Customer Service at 864-722-9760.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange an item to Modjoul, please contact Customer Service at 864-722-9760 or info@modjoul.com.

A representative will ask for your order number, which can be found on your confirmation email. After verifying your order information, you will receive a return authorization number. Please include this return authorization number with your SmartBelt, along with all accessories originally included in your purchase. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
